Working closely with the agricultural department,
Geni Herbs' manufacturing division, Pharmanza
Herbals, secures, regulates, and controls all aspects of botanical
harvesting. After our raw materials achieve the quality rating, in-house analyses are performed, followed by a series of independent laboratory tests.
Finally, in-process & final tests using
verified standardization methods such as HPLC and verified chemical
standards are performed on each batch. Batch-to-batch consistency is ensured with USP-recommended batch identification,
along with industry-standard batch retention and documentation
procedures. In conjunction with Pharmanza, Geni Herbs supervises and maintains control throughout the entire procurement
and cGMP-certified manufacturing processes. Both in-house and independent laboratories perform stringent chemical analysis, from raw material to finished standardized extracts.
