Verdure Sciences Acquires Geni Herbs Brands

Verdure Sciences, a global natural product research corporation, has announced the acquisition of Geni Herbs’ clinically researched branded ingredients.

The transaction includes leading brands such as POMELLA(R) patent-pending pomegranate extract, the clinically researched commercial pomegranate extract shown to absorb into the body after human consumption; TINOFEND(R) botanical extract, clinically researched for optimal immune health; BACOGNIZE(R) botanical extract, shown to enhance cognitive function in healthy adults; WOKVEL(R) proprietary Boswellia serrata extract shown to significantly enhance joint function in humans; and CALZBONE(R) botanical extract researched in humans to promote optimal bone health.
